I was raised in rural Alaska, 140 miles north of Fairbanks on Birch Creek. After spending my teenage years in Oregon, I attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks where I obtained a bachelors of science in fisheries. I currently work for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, and feel fortunate to spend my summers on various lakes throughout the Interior. I love the outdoors, and am constantly impressed by the harsh beauty, incredible personality, and vast space that surrounds me. After toying with the idea of selling my art for many years, in September 2007 I decided to make this a reality. I thouroughly enjoy creating, and draw my inspiration from many areas. I believe life is short, and believe good things happen to good people and you don't know if you don't try. Thank you for visiting! |
